Are you intelligent, and looking for a woman who is also intelligent? This doesn't mean you have to be a Ph.D. (but if you are, that's okay too), but you do have to be capable of neural synapses.

Are you looking for a monogamous, long-term relationship? I don't have anything against those who aren't, but that is what I am looking for, and so you would need to be looking for the same.

Are you honest? I am a stickler for integrity. I try my darnedest not to deceive others, won't tolerate being deceived, and refuse to be a party to an innocent person (like a wife) being deceived.

Are you warm and compassionate enough to accept my tears? Let's face it, like anyone who has truly experienced life, I have some emotional scars. I don't let them run my life, but sometimes (rarely) they do hurt. But no, I'm not a snivelling crybaby.

Are you able to appreciate a woman (NOT "girl") who doesn't "fit the mold"? I don't look like a supermodel. I'm not ugly, but I am fairly large, with more of a classical beauty rather than cuteness. I sometimes refer to myself as an original WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) woman. I have brown hair with a few silver threads, which I have no intention of coloring. My eyes are hazel (standard brown/green/blue-grey) and my skin is quite fair. I'm 5'10", and currently about 230, although that is falling.

Are you still with me here? If so, I'll tell you a bit more about myself. I'm quiet woman on the surface, with a strong passionate undercurrent. I prefer old VWs to new BMWs, don't do sushi, and would rather cuddle than do aerobics. I would rather go someplace like Yosemite than Las Vegas, prefer a quiet walk with someone special to roller-blading (never been, probably never will (bad ankles)), and an intimate dinner for two to a formal banquet for two hundred. I'm quite intelligent and very strong-willed, but also the most supportive person you will probably ever meet.
